Rich began his clothing career in 1982 working for George Weintraub & Sons, one of the largest mens suits and outerwear companies in the nation.  During his 10 years there, he developed a complete knowledge and understanding of the import clothing industry.  From warehousing & distribution, to working with the pattern makers on new fits, specifications, and designs, the experience proved to be vital in the growth of his career.
 
The next 12 years were spent at Neema Clothing, a major manufacture of mens suits.  As the Vice President of Production and Quality, his responsibilities included product development, merchandising, design, and traveling to factories around the world, insuring the highest quality standards were being maintained.  "My best experience at Neema was the opportunity of working closely with Karl Kani, on the design and launch of his mens suits collection, which at the time was one of the licensed brands of the company".
 
As the Chief Operations Officer and Licensing Director of the Steve Harvey Products company, Rich is responsible for all aspects of the Steve Harvey brands, including working closely with the various licensees on developing the various product lines they manufacture and distribute, as well as exploring new additional branding opportunities.  "Working directly with Mr. Harvey on merchandising and designing his collections has been a truly amazing experience.  He is extremely creative and knows exactly what he wants in his collections, down to the smallest detail".
