1. HOW IT WORKS: The Steve Harvey Morning Show invites eligible high school students in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia to demonstrate their power to dream by submitting a completed Dreamers Contest (this “Contest”) Official Nomination Entry Form (the “Nomination Form”) illustrating the student’s motivation and promise. The Nomination Form is available at www.steveharvey.com/disneysdreamersacademy starting on 8/24/09 and also at participating schools. Nomination Forms must be submitted via mail only. The answers to the Nomination Form essay question must be 150 words or less. There will be 100 winners selected. See Rule #3 for full eligibility requirements.

2. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.steveharvey.com/disneysdreamersacademy to download and print the Nomination Form or obtain a Nomination Form at participating schools. On the Nomination Form, type or hand-print all requested information. Then, be sure the nominee provides an essay in Section D on the Nomination form. Additionally, if someone (other than the nominee) is acting as the nominator, that person must complete Section C on the Nomination Form. The Nomination Form must be signed by the nominee, the nominee’s parent/legal guardian, the nominator (if not self-nominating), the nominator’s parent/legal guardian if nominator is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence and the nominee’s adult reference. Mail the completed Nomination Form via first-class mail to: Dreamers Contest, P.O. Box 5736, Blair, NE 68009-5736 or via overnight mail to Dreamers Contest, D.L. Blair Inc., 1548 Front Street, Blair, NE 68008. Only nomination forms sent to the preceding two addresses will be eligible. Faxed Nomination Forms are not eligible. Nomination Forms must be received by 10/2/09. Any Nomination Forms received after 10/2/09 are not eligible. Incomplete Nomination Forms will be disqualified. Illegible Nomination Forms are void. The Steve Harvey Radio Network, Inc. (“SHRN”) (the “Sponsor”), is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage due or misdirected mail. Only 1 Nomination Form may be submitted per nominee. If more than 1 Nomination Form is submitted per nominee, only the first such Nomination Form received will be eligible. A separate Nomination Form MUST be completed for each Nominee. Nomination Forms may not contain profanity or obscenities and may not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor. Nominations may be subject to a verification process that may include, without limitation, confirmation of all information provided on the nomination form by SHRN. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into, including the confirmation of receipt of Nomination Forms. All Nomination Forms submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are 14 years of age or older (except residents of Maine who must be at least 18 years of age) and who are enrolled high school students in grades 9-12 at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”), The Steve Harvey Morning Show, (the “Radio Show), SHRN, each radio station contracted to broadcast the Radio Show, D.L. Blair, Inc. (the “Administrator”), each of their respective shareholders, employees, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and immediate family members and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’ and judges’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winners of last year’s The Steve Harvey Morning Show Dreamers Contest are not eligible to enter or win this Contest.

4. JUDGING: All eligible entries will be preliminarily judged by Administrator, an independent judging organization, to determine the top 250 nominees. Final judging to determine 100 winners will be accomplished by a panel of judges selected by SHRN. Winners will be notified by mail. All judging will be based on the following criteria: appropriateness of essay to theme Ð 40%; demonstration of personal achievements and excellence Ð 40% and sincerity of response Ð 20%. In the event of a tie, winning selections will be based on the highest score for appropriateness of essay to theme.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 100 Grand Prizes — A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and 1 guest to Disney’s Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey (the “Academy”) at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort near Orlando, Florida from February 11, 2010 to February 14, 2010. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for 2 people between the major gateway airport in the United States closest to the winner’s residence (at Disney’s selection) and the Orlando International Airport, 2 round-trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort, hotel accommodations for 3 nights at a Disney-specified WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort hotel (one standard room/double occupancy), a total of 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners for 2 people, admission for winner to all Academy events (the “Events”), ground transportation to and from the Events and admission for the winner and guest to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Theme parks as needed to attend the Events and for general admission. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000 each; total ARV of all prizes: $300,000. The actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Guest of each winner must be the parent or legal guardian of the winner. If the parent/legal guardian of a winner is unavailable to travel, a person who is 25 years or older, with prior approval of the parent or legal guardian may be the guest. If a winner resides less than 125 miles from the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort, winner is responsible for transportation for himself/herself and guest to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. If, for any reason, any of the Events are postponed or canceled, the Sponsor shall have no further responsibility for that portion of the prize and the prize will be awarded without the Event on the same itinerary. Each winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to additional meals and transportation, airline luggage fees and amenities, gratuities, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted although Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or any component thereof in their sole discretion.

6. GENERAL RULES: Disney will remit directly to the IRS income tax which may be payable on prizes that winner may claim on their personal income tax return. Please note that it is solely the responsibility of the prize winner to file and pay any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form within 10 days of attempted notification certifying that Nomination Form submission is nominator/nominee’s own original work, has not been previously distributed or promoted, has not won a previous prize or award and that he/she has followed the Official Rules of the Contest. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Guest of winner (as per Rule #5), must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 10 days of winner’s attempted notification. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by SHRN; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Sponsor/judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon Sponsor, the Contest or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these Official Rules. Entries must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in the sole determination of judges and/or Sponsor. By participating in this Contest, each nominee (and his/her parent/legal guardian) and nominator (and his/her parent/legal guardian if nominator is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) hereby grant the Released Parties the right to: (a) use nominee’s name and likeness and publish nominee’s Nomination Form (or excerpts therefrom), (b) alter, amend, edit or change nominee’s Nomination Form prior to publication and (c) use, publish, reproduce, alter, amend and copyright nominee’s Nomination Form for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Each nominee (and his/her parent/legal guardian) releases the Released Parties and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding and use of the prize, including without limitation liability for death, personal injury and/or disability. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the judges which are final. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or announcement of any prize or in the administration of this Contest. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with this Contest, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in this Contest. Sponsor reserve the right to cancel or modify this Contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of this Contest; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of this Contest as determined by Sponsor/judges/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event the Contest is terminated, a notice will be posted online and all eligible mailed entries received prior to termination will be judged per Rule #4. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting Nomination Form will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserve the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with these Official Rules.

8. OPT-IN: If you elect to receive from the Disney family of companies occasional updates, special offers and other information about their products and services by placing a mark within the associated box on the entry form, your information will be shared with the Disney family of companies.
